Just today this started, The plotter jammed up vinyl on a cut. When I turned it back on I get ENTER AT FAILED error. when you push enter it seems like its fine, however when you send a job it never actually shows up at the plotter. Please if you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

This message appears on a SummaCut with network interface (SummaCut RL).

Make sure only one communication cable is connected to the machine (either USB or Network - NOT both).

Also try to set the IP address in the router for the cutter to a static address, use the same address in the cutter.

In this case above doesn't help than most likely the mainboard will need to be replaced.
