We have a sudden issue with our D140 not lowering the Opus sensor at the start of a job. When you first send the job and it moves the head to the left it is not going all the way hence the sensor is not being lowered and it subsequently will not find the targets. Any ideas of what the issue could be?

The name of the sensor is Opos, not Opus.
If the head move to the left, will it reach the plastic guide which lowers the head, or will it stop without touching it?
Could it be that you have removed the head for some reason, and have remounted it too low? If moving the head by hand (best with plotter switched off), is there any area where it is harder to push?
