Has anyone had any issues with Summa D140 stopping randomly part way through a job. Usually about 1 in 3 jobs. Tried 4 different software programs and USB and LAN interfaces. Used to cut reflective so expensive fails.

Is it plugged directly into an outlet or an extension cord/cord reel. My D140 would randomly stop until I figured out I had a bad outlet on the cord reel.
Either way next time it stops wiggle the plug end and see what happens. If it fires right up you solved the mystery.
If the outlets or cords are brand new doesn't mean they are free of defects.
