I am in the middle of a job that is for pick up tomorrow by the client. First the cutter started skipping letters, then next thing I knew it was not cutting AT ALL. I've gone through all of the settings, checked the blade, etc.. and it appears that the blade holder is just not pushing it down onto the paper to cut anymore? It outlines what needs to be cut but never pushes the blade down. What can I do? I'm in quite the bind and can't figure out how to fix it.
