Summa D620 problem

Hello,

I have a D620 and the "Origin Light" is flashing. The manual says that this flashes when the media is not loaded or the pinch rollers are "up".

I have the media loaded correctly and the pinch rollers are down. This just started all of the sudden. Can anyone offer some technical support in troubleshooting this issue and maybe where to find parts to fix.

Call Summa support, 800 527 7778. It sounds as if a sensor may need replacing.
