Summa D75R cutting issues

I've noticed that sometimes my cutter will not cut letters cleanly, the start and end of the letters don't always meet. is there anything I could do to fix this issue? I've tried adjusting the blade depth, and pressure, I tried a new blade, and still having some issues, does the blade holder need to be lubed or cleaned out?

yup, called them for the first time, after 2 years of owning the cutter I know how to set my depth and presure properly
