Suggestions Summa F1612 - Error E10058

Good morning everyone, I'm wondering if any Summa F1612 users have run into this error before:

E10058: Failed to detect down position of slot 2 with ADC, end position reached (step 1). Check if tool is installed correctly or set down position manually.

This is happening with the heavy duty and single edge tools, but not with double edge knife. (All using same module in Slot 2)

I've tried swapping blades, removing/re-inserting tools, rebooting machine etc.

No idea how to get rid of this and and I'm stumped at this point. Only thing left to try is swapping modules/slots which I'll try now.

Any ideas/solutions?

Got it sorted out thanks to Grimco/Summa techs:

After we removed the ADC last week to replace the vacuum selector, it should have been re-calibrated. (It needs to be recalibrated after removal as it might be re-installed in a different position)
