Summa F1612 vinyl popping up?

It cut full rolls of 30” material. But sometimes the vinyl popes up after a few meters. The vacuum is not doing its job the best.

Any suggestions on how to keep it down? The cuts aren’t as good on those areas.

Are you adjusting the vacuum size to the size of the material? And placing the material close to the right edge of the bed?
That will help, but sometimes the vacuum can seem underpowered.

what CMY_K said. Also, are you using the media core holders? If not, I'd try them. They help keep it move along straight. It will pop up on one side more than the other if the advance is going crooked. If you are using them then check to make sure they are seated properly on the roller and that the rollers aren't skewed to the side.
