You have been able to get the HF router for years now.

That is not a true spindle, it's a he milling router. This is the same motor found in the Festool handheld mill

Can you explain to me the difference between this spindle that Summa uses and a "True spindle"? Is it lacking power or what? And to be exact it might not be this model but it's very similar.

As with all equipment in this space they all have strengths and and weaknesses, having said that the weaknesses usually come from serviceability, and set expectations. As a Big fan of Zund, personally i can tell you this on the summa platforms, ive been to Bruges in Belgium where they are built and can tell you with no reservations that it is a quality hand built piece of Gear and can holds its own in the US market. like Firesprint said, you can easily overbuy. any of these platforms mentioned will give you many years of service, just my .02
