Summa Registration Marks Question

Hey all.. I am running an S140D and using wasatch to RIP.

My question is should I be creating registration marks in Illustrator using the Summa Plug-in or should I be creating them in Wasatch?

Anyone using Wasatch to Cut?

I use Caldera, but I create all of my registration marks in Caldera.

I guess thinking this through a little more it would make sense for the rip to create the marks since its for the entire job not just one file. Also you could resize the graphic in your rip and the illy file reg marks would become irrelevant.
