SUMMA S140 Price and Question

Hello all. There is a S140 class for sale and I know that it's been kept in pretty good condition. It's hard for me to find many comparables for sale. The unit retails for 8-9k and the used ones I have seen have been btween 4-5k.. What's a good price for one of these units to you all?

Also, do these S140's have the opos standard or is it an upgrade?
