Sounds like it's coming from inside under where the vinyl rolls over; maybe something to do with the drive wheels?

Are you using the media flanges, and are those flanges in the plastic guides on the roll-support?

No, we don't use the plastic flanges. The thumping sounds like it under the drive wheel. I tried removing the bottom panel but it appears I'd need to remove the side covers also.

Also, it only makes the noise going forward.
