Summa S1D75 making thumping noise while (feed) rolling

No, we don't use the plastic flanges. The thumping sounds like it under the drive wheel. I tried removing the bottom panel but it appears I'd need to remove the side covers also.

Reminds me of the time we switched off autoloading in our S2. Was the sound of the material being pulled under tension.
