summa s75t mainboard upgrade

anyone have a factory image as i replaced the mainboard in my summa s75t with the upgrade kit and my touch screen on the s75t cracked and wont let me do anything so i can't boot into service mode to make a backup of my machine and now the new board is giving me all kinds of fits anyone have a copy i could get would be greatly appreciated tried on summa.com put in serial number says accepted but does not give me any files thx.

You don't need to go into service mode to backup the parameters. Just start it up and do a backup from cutter control.
If not possible, write to summa. They should have the file somewhere. (These cutter can be over 20 years old...)

thank you as i know its just some settings because the old board only gives y axis overflow now the new board gives head can't find home and up down something error and the blade just spins at a high rate

If you installed the S Class 1 conversion kit composed by S2 right cover, touch screen and flat cable you must install the S Class 2 firmware. Run SCC in service mode and set Service parameter S1_class to 1 and machine type to S2T75

did that and still same error here are the two im gettiing
up/down encoder not working
then cutter is unable to find home and the tang knife just sits there and spins
if i put the old board back in don't get these errors thats how i know i must be a setting somewhere
