Need Help Summa unloading whole roll

Hello when im trying to cut a roll on the summa s2 and it always unrolls the whole roll thing before it starts cutting and its making my media crumble up.
So I set the roll up then line it up well and clamp it down and it does the minimum load procedure. after that I click Media Size> Roll > Set Origin after i press apply it stars to unroll my whole roll.
Also i tried loading the roll then going to the computer and press cut in Onyx and then set the tool under the mark and then it stars to unroll everything.
Im thinking its in sheet mode or something not sure how to fix this. tried reading the manual but didn't find much info on how to fix this.

I don't have a quick fix, but I never knowingly change/adjust my >Media Size. I run rolls and sheets back to back and don't have to change anything.

It DOES seem like I've read about this issue before, so you might do a search in the forums, and then maybe one from Google, "site:signs101.com summa autoload whole roll".

Might not help but on my graphtec the initial menu gives you choice between rear set and front set. Front set will try to read the roll to the end first as you are experiencing.

Thanks

I contacted my distributor and they said turn on paneling and it solved my problem since i had no idea what paneling did. Now it rolls our a bit then checks for alignment in sections and starts to cut instead of unrolling everything all at once.
