SummaCut vs. Mimaki CG-SRIII Vinyl Plotter?

I'm upgrading my old Roland vinyl plotter and debating between purchasing one of these two. I'd really appreciate some feedback on reliability, recurring issues, customer support, ease of obtaining *inexpensive blades* (eBay), etc. Any known issues with the machines? What has been *your* experience with either machine. The Summas are a bit more expensive, but there's some reason I'm leaning towards them. Their sales people are easier to reach and seem more knowledgeable too. I think that's a big plus in the long run.

The Summa hands down in my opinion. You are comparing two different animals and will be worth every bloody penny more you pay for it.
