Supplier for Outdoor Signs

Hello.
We have a customer who want an 5x3 feet double sided outdoor sign.
Something like the one on the image attached.
I was thinking about printing it on a sheet of acrylic plastic and mount it to two posts.

Do you know if there are any suppliers for that?
That would sell the posts and the mounting brackets.
