does anybody knows who makes this kind of signs or where I can get the material, these are for a hospital it has to have the brailed text, they are acrylic with a laminated surface

You can look up ADA sign display manufacturers in google and it will point you in the right direction. ADA Sign Depot is one but i haven't used them yet.
