Swatch Table Disappearance?

OK I'm either stuck in stupid or I'm overlooking something very basic. Had Flexi open, clicked on a swatch within the swatch table and the table vanished. Have clicked on the Swatch Table On/Off button, have loaded a different swatch table from the View Menu and still no swatch table appears. What am I overlooking? Where did my Swatch Table go?

Wow, noone has ever encountered this? neither have I. All I can think to do is uninstall and reinstall.

Cleared Preferences and that got it back, just gotta reset all my preferences, color settings, etc.

That has happened to me once or twice over the years. Not sure why but I know I hate it when that happens.
