Yea, the Fujistu was the one that I was looking at. They make some good quality commercial grade equipment. My dad has 3 of their large plasma TVs and a couple of the local grocery stores use Fujistu equipment for their self checkout. The one model I as looking at still had some room for customization with regard to RAM.
Now this is touchscreen, but it also has a physical keyboard. The screen just "flips" around depending on if you want to use it as a touchscreen or normal laptop.
I was thinking about this as a travel computer that would run the Master Suite of CS5 and my embroidery CAD programs. I hate dragging the big Intous 3 and once you get spoiled with the Cintiq, it's hard to go back. Now, I will say that I am not running programs like Flexi, but odd as it might seem my embroidery CAD programs are pretty resource intensive due to 3D rendering.
