What do you mean by tacky paper, or you thinking of vinyl?

well its used as a backing for rice paper and mesh fABRICS... these fabric are super thin or has tiny holes which allows the ink to seep threw the fabric...so what happens is the excess ink ends up on the backing[tacky] paper. now my question is, can the backing paper b re-used again and again without any stains?
