Takeup reel reset

I'm running a VJ 48" printer using flexi as the rip. The problem I am having is when I run multiple images thru the printer, it pauses between images then backs the material up a couple inches before starting the next image. This causes the pressure bar on the takeup to lift up stopping the takeup.
Can I keep the Mutoh from pulling the material back before starting the next image?

There is a setting for "prevent stick"... turn that setting off and it will stop pre-feeding before printing.

It should only check width, not width and length when using a Take-Up System. You can correct this at the printer...

I have the same problem with my 1304, I don't know how many times I hit print, leave the room and come back to a pile of vinyl on the floor I'm gonna change the setting in my printer too. Good info guys

Finally had a chance to try it out today. Works great, no more need to babysit the takeup.
