Takeup replacement

Just had the take up motor replaced for the second time on my 13month old machine. Off warranty, so waiting for the bill. Beefier replacement promised last time around never materialized. Bummer.... looks like all improvements are aimed at a new model Latex coming out soon.

It's a problem with the static build in the media movement and Take up- HP redesign some parts for that problem. Check that you have a good ground connection on the power plugs. Also check the wire on the media holder on left if is connected to the printer.
