Just found this in my mom's attic. Circa 1975 Butera Sign School student project. And it's for Woodstock Ct where I had been living before sign school.

I had forgotten that you also started your sign career with hand lettering Bill....

:awesome:

It's really neat to look back and see where ya came from and what ya've become/turned into.

Ha, how much hand lettering do you do, nowadays ??

Still have my kit too. Occasionally get to use the brushes, mostly for gold leaf. Had many great dogs, current one is too young and wacky for a shop dog.

While I owned a few dogs throughout my life, I've never had a shop dog. The first place I worked though, had Betsy..... Betsy the Beagle. She just waddled around and constantly was sleeping at my feet, although it wasn't my dog. When someone would come in the shop, she'd get up, wander over towards the door, start shaking and then pee on the floor. Always. She was still a little stinker. Actually, for a beagle, she was big and fat. The owner was always feeding her people food. Believe it or not, when Betsy died, his next dog was another beagle and guess what he named her. Yep, Betsy. That was really weird.

Gonna look for my paint kit. I have a few of them. See if I can post it up, before I go home today.
