Need Help Tear drop / feather flags

I have a eco solvent vj1240 and I am looking for polyester type fabric that I can print and make tear drop / feather flags and where in Europe can I get this?. I live in Ireland and getting from the UK is good due to them leaving

do you have the capabilities to do the sewing / assembly once printed?

unsure about the S/H, but there are SEVERAL vendors stateside that sell finished flags with and without hardware for usually the same cost as doing in-house.
