No experience with Techno but there is no better support for anything than the Shopbot forum and the shopbot peeps are great also. I have had 2 SBs and
between their extensive tutorials (also Vectric tutorials- the software that comes with their machines ) and the forum I can get an answer to any question in 20 minutes.
And you will have questions.
