I am glad you guys find this both amusing and appalling at the same time. You guys deal with it with your customers and believe me..we get alot of this kind of stuff as dealers as well. One of my favorite lines is the infamous.."what's my price?"...

followed up by.."you're gonna give me the best quality support 24/7 out there for free right?"...
