Test Print - Half Yellow

So when I do a test print on the heads on our roland VP-540 only half the yellow is printing. I have done manual cleanings, printer cleanings, cleaned the wipers ... done more cleanings and no luck recovering it. Any suggestions?

Cracked manifold, bad damper, air leak, bad head.

I would try a new cap top, then a new damper, all else fails a new manifold, all of which we have right down the street from you.
