Texat Application Fluid from GSG vs Rapid Tac?

Our installers currently use Rapid Tac for installation of 3M Diamondgrade Conspicuity on emergency vehicles. We had a guy come in to do a partial wrap on a vehicle (3M 1080) and he was using Texat. Can anyone tell me the difference and give me your opinion? Thanks!

Application fluid for reflective? I don't think that's needed, or recommended for Diamond grade.

Yikes, sorry, not the Diamondgrade; it's for the translucent overlay we use over top for the chevron striping. It's 3M Scotchlite Transparent.

Regardless, has anyone used both and how do they differ?
