Text/Circle/Corel 12/GA/Omega

Hi.
It is me, the dullard.
I have been trying to fit text to path in a plain circle, which I can do easily in Corel 12, GA, and Omega.
However, the top half of the text needs to be "up" (baseline?) and the guy wants the bottom half of the text to be not upside-down. No matter what I do I screw it up.
In GA/Omega I do arc line full circle. I did a baseline one and a heightline one and was going to slice and dice to fit but no joy.
So I go to Corel 12, fit text to path on the circle, same thing. It won't let me (unless there is a setting and I bet there is) fit the text to path without starting at the first word no matter what I try.
Like in Omega I do the heightline full circle and it's left to right, and when I do the baseline circle you'd think it would be the opposite but it's also left to right.
I know I am not explaining this right at all. And I may be typing baseline when I mean heightline.
And this is the second damn job in two weeks where I had to do this, luckily the other was hand-painted. I can do that with my eyes closed.
Does anyone have any suggestions besides going out and getting a Margarita?
I'd rather be doing that.
:thankyou:
Love....Jill

Here's an illustration.
Where you see the blue letters, they are supposeed to be facing the other way, not upside down.
I made them blue for demonstration purposes, they are supposed to be red.

I am usually as patient as Job but this has me flummoxed.
Have to step away for awhile.
I truly am a dullard when it comes to stuff like this. I will have to try the suggestions once I figure out how to!
I think I am gonna go get a Margarita.

Jill, create a perfect circle by holdoing your control key click and drag to the size you want, then just type your text in two seperate lines. Take the top one and fit text to path. (you will have to double click on the bottom wording to break it apart to move it) Take the bottom one and also fit text to path it will be upside down but by mirroring the text it will end up inside the circle. You will see a little red diamond at the bottom left corner of the first letter, mouse over it, click and drag your text until it is on the outside of the circle to match the upper text.

If you are having problems understanding this feel free to PM me and I will gladly walk you through it over the phone.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for all the help, folks.
I literally was so frustrated I walked away from this and only came back to it this morning when I was relaxed and fresh.
I did this in GA in about 5 minutes, but it is still not perfect. Gonna read the suggestions and try to learn a new/better way too.
Again, thank you.
And Pat, I will make you a big pot of chili and a slab-o-cornbread if you are ever down this way.
Love....Jill
