Text Effect

How would you do this effect with Illustrator CC or Flexi 10?

Text with the top straight and the bottom curved up? Not the shadow.

I don't use Flexi 10 but in v8.6 choose effects>distort>arch

In Illustrator it would be Effect/Warp/Arc Lower, then assign a negative Bend and you should get what you are looking for
