text- justified easily?

Hello all,
I have a records board to do and I was wondering if there was a easy way to add text to each of the blocks and have it automatically justified/lined up correctly? I am using illy to do this and hopefully there is a trick to make it easier than a ton of guides and tedious work. Each block will have a name, record and year. Everything needs to look the same as far as font size and lining up. Suggestions, tips or tricks?

Place all text individually in their blocks
shift-F8 pulls up the transform tab or its under the windows tab at top
select all copy
choose align tab and then choose left justify, center or right
