It isn't a very active site. Their last upload was almost five months ago. None of their textures are seamless tiles. The few I looked at suffered from lack of focus at 100% of size. There are 774 files available.

But hey! They're free.


We currently offer 2,166 seamless texture tiles at Express Clipart that are larger, in focus and reasonably priced for immediate download.

Here's a free texture site with 29934 current count of downloadable images along with a search engine, tutorials and a forum. Latest uploads were two days ago.
