Textured indoor vinyl

Looking to do a gigantic wrap about 13 ft tall by 96 ft wide.
Surface is textured cinderblock painted white. 3M is ideal for this job but to purchase 5 rolls of this stuff just won't please my client's estimate.
Any other recommendations for matte or luster finishes that can be used for this?

Look at the Arlon DPF 8000, I can get you a quote on it if you decide it is the right product for the job

DPF 8000 works really well. I have not used 3m's but I believe the cost is a lot lower for the arlon.

Kinda sketchy I would think not using the 3M product, If your client wants it to last and not fail I would stick to the 3M.

How about doing a banner frame with a stretched banner instead? Usually comes in around the same cost as a wrap and offers replace ability at the fraction of the original price.
