Excuse me for maybe being a little forward, but based upon your profile....... and you don't know how to make orange ??

Are we talking fluorescent orange or neon type of orange or what ?? It's really no different than green or blue or any other color.

or is this a trick question ??​

Run the Roland Color System Library Print and stick it to your wall. You can pick from the colors it shows.
Traffic orange, safety orange, and hunter orange (blaze orange) are all spot colors that you cannot really get from the cmyk spectrum.
But there are some oranges that are close to traffic orange you can print.
