Ok guys so since you all left me hanging on how to get the perfect ham, I am going to share how I think I can achieve the perfect ham.

Step 1: Fire up the Big Green Egg smoker

Step 2: Get the temp set and smoke at 300 degrees to internal temp of 135.

Step 3: Devour.

That's it. If you really want to smoke a ham, I suggest doing a little more research than what you just found on a sign forum.

Oooooh, noooo! Pork has to be cooked to 145 degrees internally with a three minute rest!

I've never smoked a ham, but I bet it's delicious.
