Thin Sheets That Work On Roll Digital Printers (Roland)?

I am looking for a thin sheet stock that will work going through my SP540V...

I could either run the sheet through the pinch rollers or tape it to a carrier inside the pinch rollers.

I have low and high head height, but I find my red gets a little fuzzy (overspray) on high...

Thanks.

I have run small sheets of .020 styrene through my vp300 & a gs6000. I'm thinking about in/out feed tables for full sheets though.

What temperature settings?

How does it react to the heat?

Any chance of head strikes?

Low or high head setting?

Thanks!

We use Briteline 10ml pvc from Grimco through our Roland. Use them for posters or cheap outdoor signs. Prints great on the Roland. Just use normal settings and generic print profile without any issues.

What temperature settings? low heat on the generic vinyl profile.

How does it react to the heat? About the same as heavy banner material.

Any chance of head strikes? Yes. The in feed / out feed table would lower the possibility. .020 bends real easy, but prints great.

Low or high head setting? No adjustment on my 30" Roland, high head setting on the GS6000.

We do too- altho it is 10 mil... not milliliter (that does not look correct, but I checked it). :Big Laugh

A Milliliter (ml) is a unit of volume equal to 1/1000 of a Liter. It is the same volume as cubic centimeter (cc)

A Millimeter is a unit of distance equivalent to 1/000 of a Meter
