This week I've ran into a landscaper, that "sells signs," installing a Signtronix sign, no permits of course. Work being doin well in the evening.

We find out another customer had someone install a banner to cover up his box sign. Was supposed to be temporary, so apparently they just taped it on there. Because they measured wrong and it was too short to even make it to the frame. It blew off.

What is going on?
