Are you trying to re-create it? I can't figure out the font, but if you try and look up this guy's work, maybe you'll find something. According to Brands of the World, the designer's name is Miloљ Frydrych.

recreating with a twist for custom paint stencil. the opposite side of the tank has been fixed from a drop... RIGHT OVER THE LOGO.. and the shop can't find this in the books so they are considering switching to a simple shield even though their client wants it back how it was.. or a little fancier. just didnt know if I could cheat the system to avoid the long route.

Ouch.. maybe using that vector could help. Might be a bit of manipulation, but that's the best I can find at the moment.
