Hard to be certain with such a poor original, but my guess is the Garamond family. There are many with a similar name so some variations are present from one to the other
I thought about using a Garamond family. Nothing quite matches that serif on the lower-case "g". Oh well, there's no "g" in the new name we're replacing it with
