Anyone know where to find a template for a school bus built by Thomas Built? Pro Vehicle outline and sAi I can't find one

Likely your only shot would be to contact Thomas and see if they might send you an engineering drawing which is unlikely unless it is brand new and the owner asks them to. Probably be easiest to just make a template from a some good photos and some measurements.

Illustrator. Make your own or design in Illustrator with the image as your template layer.

The prison bus mentioned in dmcgary's post is the closest. You'll have to measure the mid-door and windows, then draw them from scratch. Better than starting with nothing.

Unlike std production vehicles, a lot of busses are built to customer spec's for what/ where/ how they'll be used, so finding templates for them is always hit or miss, and not always accurate when you do find them.
Nice thing about that one is it's pretty much a box with doors & windows. Easy to measure and make your own, probably quicker to do that than trying to track one down.

And don't forget those rub rails. We did a bus similar to this, I didn't have a template, but I scaled a photo, with measurements of various parts of the bus. One of the goals was to not go over the rub rails, so I had measurements of the max height between them to scale the lettering accordingly.
