I ve heard recently they usually by email trying to sell things like FB ads management

by offers i've seen i dont think they even know the real industry struggles

Have you ever used the services of these whole "SSMA marketing advertising agencies " and they helped you solve assumed problem?

or that was the usual bullshit promises with holes in their work so you end up firing them

Facebook ads didn’t work out for us a few years ago. It might work in other markets. Remarketing to our own customers gives us better results.
