Thoughts on HP Designjet 5000ps UV

I have a job for 6000 SF of printed wall covering and am looking for a machine to print this as well as adhesive vinyl and banners. The ink needs to be durable as it is in a themed attraction and the customers are animals. Thank you for any advice you can give.
