Thrive 19 CMYK color bands

Today our s80600 started printing these lines on all jobs. They're showing up in the print preview on thrive 19. I'm guessing one of the guys clicked a button they shouldn't have but I'm not sure where and I'm stuck at home so I can't look at it and figure it out.

Its the Print Gutter. should be in the placement setup window

Yep, gutter has been enabled.
