Ticks me off

I hate the default box when I open a new file, how do I turn it off?
I remember seeing a post on this a couple of weeks ago, but I can't find it now.
Help!

DesignCentral. Select the size substrate you want and set it as default. Uncheck show border if you don't want to see it at all.
