I had an issue with an order from Gemini and Tim took care of all the issues and made things right. My opinion is that Gemini is a company that you can work with when things go wrong. If looking for a good company to work with, I would reccomend Gemini any day. thanks Tim!

yep anytime I have a problem with a shipment from gemini, they correct it...and usually overnight the correction

they also just refunded me for telling me shipping was 15, but they charged 80.

I had a great experience with them just the other day; ordered a complete large set of letters, but the customer received no "V" letters, called them up & the "V"s were here the next morning. Nothing but great customer service from them, ever; wish my other vendors were that easy to deal with!
