2 amp max fuses to be used.
20 amps is like a bypass with a wire
Where did you find the 20 amps?

Any thoughts now on the new issue? All the lights come one, error and data and there's just 5 solid blocks on the digital display.

Do not know what you have done after the bypasses.
I have no idea what can be the cause for this error.

Think back for the steps you have done and when it turned out this way.
Any cables on the main board wrongly or poor connected?

No it started to do it right after I installed the new fuse holders and fuses... From researching other threads it seems to be a main board issue. Oh the frustration! Lol
