Is it me and my computers... or does every thread open super slowly ?? Then when I click back out, it takes 15 or 20 seconds for the forum to show any topics. Just everything seems to be slow for maybe the last week or so.

Not just you... Took 8-10 seconds just to see what "Timing" was all about...

It's a problem that seems to come and go and, for which,our maintenance contractor has not been able to find a cause. An educated guess is that it is caused by an extremely high number of unregistered visitors and bots (Currently 113 members and 536 guests. Most users ever online was 3,454, 04-08-2015 at 01:06 AM). This could also be an attempt at denial of service or something wrong with our server or its setup. We are considering a change to a new server but that has its own problems and may not fix the intermittent slowdowns we are experiencing.
