Tips for cleaning clogged white head

What have you guys used that has actually worked? It's a Ricoh Gen 4 head. Not completely clogged, but pretty dang close. I've tried to let it soak in cleaning fluid, wiped with IPA, bled lines, etc. I'm to the point of pulling the head and trying something else. I never use the varnish, so I'm thinking about swapping the 2 heads out.

We use the KM1024 heads but should be similar.

Swap the heads as you mention to get you up and running.

Then use the Flush Fluid and try to push a little into the head through the purge line... let it soak for day / repeat as needed.

The white ink will also coagulate and harden in the corners of most head/bottle reservoirs and once there, nearly impossible to clear 100% (if not used or properly maintained)
