Tips on head Xc-540MT

greetings to all,
You probably have more experience than me. I attach test print.
I have an obvious problem of two heads of my xc540mt.
I performed in order:
- Manual cleaning (several times)
- Normal and Medium cleaning (several times)
- Head to soak in cleaning fluid (12 hours)
- I did manual cleaning by passing in the head cleaning fluid (3/4ml) forcing using syringe
- Replacement of all cap-top
- Replacement wiper
- Replacement of the filter sponges

Nothing ... the test print has not improved at all.

What do you recommend? I insist his head to soak for another 24 hours?
I have not yet replaced the dampers, I proceed with those?

Or I have no other alternative but to change the head for sure that cyan and maybe even black. test print 300514.jpg

You need to replace both heads. No other chance after doing all what you've done until now.

so much deflection, jeeze. How did this start? Did it start with just one head, then the other? Both at the same time. Did you have a power outage? Its been my experience that black heads tend to go bad first, so its kinda weird seeing two heads crapping out at the same time.

Just replace cyan, black still looks pretty good.

It's not unusual. We had two heads replaced on our Roland which went south together. Not sure exactly what caused it. Our problem was one side of each head was totally stuffed, where as the opposite side of the same colours was perfectly fine. We put it down to two bad heads and replaced both. It's weird, but it happens.
